Race rules and entry conditions
  1. Each loop is 6.7056 km (4 miles 880 feet). A new loop starts exactly every hour. You must be inside the starting corral at the bell; late starts are not allowed. Warnings sound 3, 2 and 1 minutes before each start.
  2. Complete each loop in less than one hour, including the final loop. All runners use the same starting corral. You may not leave the course during a loop except for a restroom visit. Slower runners must allow others to pass.
  3. No non-competitors, including eliminated runners, may accompany runners on the course. No personal assistance during a loop; common aid stations are allowed. No artificial aids, including trekking poles.
  4. The winner is the last runner to complete a loop alone after all others have stopped. Everyone else is recorded as DNF with their completed distance. If nobody completes the necessary final loop, there is no winner. The event has no fixed time limit.
  5. Follow marshal and medical instructions. Stop and inform staff if you withdraw. Organizers may stop a runner or suspend the event for safety. Do not litter, obstruct vehicles or endanger other people. Keep away from unprotected lake edges.
  6. The race starts at 12:00 on 21 November 2026 (Georgia time), at Kvareli Lake Resort. The road is open to occasional resort traffic. Darkness, cold, wet surfaces, fatigue and unguarded water edges are foreseeable risks. Final measured course details, required equipment and the safety briefing must be published before registration opens.
  7. Entry costs 155 GEL. The final amount is shown before payment. A place is confirmed only after verified payment. A payment reservation lasts 30 minutes; late payments require organizer reconciliation and do not guarantee a place. No automatic recurring charges.
  8. If you will be under 18 on 21 November 2026, you must contact GeoRunners before registering. An adult parent or guardian must come with you and remain at the venue throughout your participation. They must not accompany you on race laps.
  9. Promo codes are single-use, are not tied to an email address, and cannot be combined.

Cancellation, refunds and transfers

Withdrawal requests received before 12:00 on 7 November 2026, Georgia time, receive a full refund of the amount actually paid. After that deadline, no voluntary-withdrawal refund is offered except where required by law. Until 12:00 on 14 November 2026, you may transfer your entry once, free of charge, to another eligible participant through the organizers. The replacement runner must review and accept the rules themselves. Unapproved entry or bib transfers are not permitted. If the organizers cancel the event, the entry fee will be refunded in full. If the date changes, you may choose the new date or a full refund. We initiate refunds within 10 business days after confirming the request; your bank may take longer to credit it. Refunds return the actual amount paid to the original payment method. Separate travel and accommodation bookings remain subject to their suppliers’ terms. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights.

Course, safety and required equipment

The road remains open to occasional resort vehicles. Follow the marked course and marshal instructions, and stay away from unprotected lake edges. During darkness, a working headlamp and charged phone are required. Warm layers, a waterproof outer layer, dry clothes and a reusable cup or bottle at base are recommended, not mandatory. Prepare enough equipment and supplies for the time you intend to remain in the race. Stop and contact staff if you feel unwell. In an emergency, call 112 and tell the organizers your location. Always report withdrawal to timing staff or a marshal. Medical staff and organizers may stop your participation or suspend the event for safety. Medical support does not eliminate endurance-racing risks, and this acknowledgment does not waive the organizer’s legal responsibilities.

Risk acknowledgment

I understand the physical demands and foreseeable risks of an unlimited endurance event, including fatigue, sleep deprivation, cold, falls, vehicle encounters and proximity to water. I will assess my fitness and preparation, seek medical advice where appropriate, report symptoms promptly and obey medical instructions. Medical support does not remove these risks. This acknowledgment does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excuse the organizer’s legal responsibilities.
